Account and listing support
Include your account type, storefront name and a description of the issue. Never send your password, recovery codes or card details.
Bookings and products
Contact the listed business about its appointments, products or cancellation policy. BizLDN does not collect customer payments for these services.
Reports and subscription refunds
Use Report a business for suspected fraud. For a subscription refund request, email support with the storefront and payment reference. Requests are reviewed individually; refunds are not automatic.
Current availability
Account creation and storefront setup are available without payment. New subscriptions are paused while billing verification and business disclosures are completed. Setup alone does not publish a listing.
