Price and coverage
£10.44 per storefront per month in GBP, with no trial. Two subscribed storefronts cost £20.88 per month. Each subscription covers one storefront’s directory listing, services/products, availability, bookings and messages, subject to approval and moderation.
Availability and payment
New subscriptions are currently paused. Stripe-hosted Checkout will be available after billing verification and business disclosures are complete. Account creation and storefront setup remain free. Access starts only after server-side payment confirmation.
Cancellation and renewal
Use Manage billing to update payment details, view Stripe billing records or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed or authentication-required renewals receive seven days from the first affected renewal payment; retries do not restart that period.
After access expires, public discovery and new bookings or enquiries stop. Owner tools, existing bookings and conversations remain available. Complimentary access is an administrative grant, not a Stripe payment.
Suspension and refunds
Suspension overrides listing access. It does not automatically cancel billing or issue a refund. Subscription refund requests are reviewed individually through support; there is no automatic prorated refund. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
